Suspended over the waters of Monterey Bay, Schooners Bistro on the Bay
offers fresh fare in a unique indoor/outdoor dining environment. The
heated outdoor terrace invites al fresco dining year round, while the
classic sailing vessel design makes indoor seating fun and appealing
in all weather conditions.
Schooners' menu highlights fresh seafood with your choice of several different preparations. The expansive menu also includes pastas, hot appetizers, unique salads, soups and hearty sandwiches. Mouth-watering house-made desserts end every meal on a sweet note.
Offering panoramic views of Monterey Bay, the Duck Club Grill offers innovative cuisine and impeccable service in an elegant ambiance. The distinctive American Grill menu features the freshest local produce, sustainable seafood and oak-broiled steaks. Wood-roasted specialties, such as Steinbeck's Duck and Colorado Lamb Chops, are prepared in the exhibition kitchen using our Italian wood-burning oven. Delectable soups, salads, and "out-of-this-world" desserts are created using only the finest ingredients available.
The Wine Spectator award-winning wine list, selection of cocktails and after-dinner cordials, complements a truly unique dining experience. The Duck Club is also available for private parties and groups, Monday

"The abundance of fresh foods available on the Monterey Peninsula makes it possible to develop menus that are simple, elegant, and exciting," said Waller. "We've added more fresh seafood selections and more grilled entrees, lightening the menu and enhancing the flavors. After implementing the new menu in The Duck Club, I applied the same concept to our banquet menus and now we have satisfied restaurant diners as well as banquet patrons."
All seafood served in both Schooners Bistro on the Bay and the Duck Club Grill is in agreement with the Seafood Watch Guide-a program the Monterey Bay Aquarium designed to raise consumer awareness about the importance of buying sustainable seafood.
