Spa Guidelines

Vista Blue Spa strives to provide an authentic spa environment. We ask that the following guidelines be observed to ensure a relaxing experience for all.

  • Vista Blue Spa welcomes all guests ages 18 and over. Our spa facilities include the sundeck with fireplace, two whirlpool tubs, lockers, showers, and guest amenities. A minimum purchase of (1) one 50-minute treatment per person is required to access the spa facility.
  • We encourage booking appointments in advance to ensure availability. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow ample time to prepare for service. As a reminder, your service will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed, regardless of how late you begin.
  • We require all bookings to be guaranteed with a credit card. Your choice of payment will be accepted at time of service.
  • Please note that an advance notice of 24 hours is required for any change or cancellation of confirmed services in order to avoid a full charge.
  • The spa atmosphere is one of peace and tranquility.
  • The use of cell phones is prohibited throughout the spa. We ask that you keep all electronic devices secured in your guest room safe or secured in your locker.
  • Vista Blue Spa sundeck with whirlpools are co-ed. Bathing suits are required to be worn at all times.
    Vista Blue Spa is not responsible for items lost or stolen. Please remove all jewelry before coming to the spa and secure all valuables in your guest room safe.
  • Outside food, drink or alcoholic beverages are not permitted in Vista Blue Spa.
  • For the safety of both parties, services will not be rendered to those found to be under the influence of alcohol or any other controlled substance. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
    All prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Discounts and packages cannot be combined.

Covid-19 Guidelines

We are excited to welcome you to Vista Blue Spa. Due to many changes in our lives from COVID-19, we have some new policies and procedures meant to keep you and our associates safe while creating a memorable spa experience.

Please note we have a 24-hour change or cancellation policy; call 844-268-4081 for any changes to your itinerary. Spa hours are 10am-6pm. We ask that you check in no sooner than 30 minutes prior to your service. Please see below for COVID-19 protocols.

Please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing a cold or flu-like symptoms in the last 14 days (fever, cough, shortness of breath or other respiratory issue) or if you been in close contact with or cared for someone diagnosed with COVID-19, or someone exhibiting cold or flulike symptoms within the last 14 days.

The following new protocols and practices will be unfolding quietly throughout your experience during a visit to Vista Blue Spa:

  • All guests are required to wear masks including during services (except during facials).
  • All guests will undergo temperature testing and health screening upon entry to the facility.
  • All guests must have an appointment unless shopping at the Spa.
  • Facility use is limited to 30 minutes before and/or after in order to properly social distance in the Spa.
  • Steam and Sauna are closed.
  • Steam during a facial is not allowed.
  • In order to maintain contactless payment, we will not be accepting cash.
  • Spa staff will wear masks at all times. Staff will also wear gloves and/or face shield as required by state guidelines specific to treatment.
  • All staff will have their temperature tested and health screening done prior the start of their shift.
  • HEPA filters are utilized in all treatment rooms and waiting rooms.
  • We have modified booking practices to ensure social distancing and allow extra time for enhanced sanitization practices.
  • Sanitization stations are located throughout the facility.
  • For your safety, all reading materials have been removed.
  • A Spa Host will provide you with your personalized locker featuring a robe, slippers, bottle of water and a Vista Blue Spa care package. Masks may be removed while eating or drinking in the waiting area.
